A traveling sunset pop-up. Music, sun and community. Somewhere new every time.
Five hours at the water. A crowd that stayed for every set. A give back table that kept filling until the golden hour close. We packed four full boxes of school supplies, which is a real number of Long Beach kids walking into a classroom with what they need.
Four boxes only matter if they get where they are going. Right Mealz and The Platform held the collection bins on 4th Street all month. NBLE and Push 4 Peace handled distribution, putting every supply into the hands of Long Beach students before the first bell. That is the part nobody sees, and it is the part that counts.

Sunset Sessions is a roaming pop-up from BRINK FM. Every edition lands at a new outdoor spot somewhere across the city, a park, a bluff, a stretch of sand, for a few golden hours of curated sound while the light goes down.
Pull up, spread out, meet somebody new, and stay till the sun’s gone. No two are the same. That’s the whole point, and the reason the location stays a secret until the day of.
Curated sets. The sound leads, everything else follows.
All ages, all kinds, all good. Bring the family, bring the crew, bring a stranger.
No ticket, no cover. Just find the spot, find a patch of grass, and settle in.
The spot changes every time, so here’s the kit that works wherever we land. Pack light, pack smart, leave room for a blanket.
Grass, sand or concrete, you’ll want something between you and the ground.
It’s hot at 1, breezy by 7. A hoodie in the bag now beats shivering later.
Bring a cooler if you’ve got one. Hydrate. There may be vendors, but don’t count on it.
The golden hour is generous. Your skin will thank you tomorrow.
For the vendors and creators on site when they’re there. Card’s not a guarantee outdoors.
Sep 13 starts two hours early and runs to sunset. Pack like you’re staying, because most people will.
We pop up in real neighborhoods, on shared ground. A few unwritten rules keep the spot open and the energy right. Read ’em, live ’em.
Parking’s tight and the spots are residential. Carpool, get dropped, or come early, and be kind to the neighbors who live there.
Pack it in, pack it out. Bring a trash bag, take your bottles, scan the grass before you go. We don’t get invited back to spots we trash.
It’s all ages and all kinds out here. Make room on the grass, share the shade, dance like nobody’s judging, because nobody is.
Film a clip for the memories, then put the phone down and actually feel it. The set hits different when you’re in it.
Watch out for the elders, the kids, the first-timers. This is community first, party second. That’s why people keep coming back.
September closes the season. We open two hours earlier and run straight into the sunset, so there’s room for every set we’ve been trying to fit in all summer. Same rules as always: free, all ages, nothing to buy.
1PM to sunset. The longest run we’ve done, built so nobody has to choose between sets.
Same as every edition. The exact spot drops to the email list first, never on social.
If you were at the lighthouse you already know how this works. Tell a friend now, not the day of.
Because it moves, the exact spot stays under wraps. The drop hits the week of Sep 13, straight to your inbox, with plenty of time to plan. Sign up, then watch your inbox. Simple as that.
Next up: the Season Finale. Free as always, two hours earlier, a full day of music before we close out the summer. On the list means first to know.
Takes you to the BRINK FM sign-up, one quick form, then you’re on the list. No spam, no resale.
