Kailyn Hype is a storyteller. By trade she is a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist; behind the decks she takes you on a journey through her childhood room. Something in a Kailyn set unlocks the inner child in you, nostalgic and genre bending at the same time. She is not the DJ who just plays the hits. She makes you sit, think, wait, and experience it. Originally from Las Vegas, she has held it down on the West Coast for years and plays all across LA, from Hollywood to downtown to South LA. At the finale she was going for golden hour joy, and she found it.
