DJ Kase
Forty minutes from the season finale, filmed live with the whole hill in the frame.
About DJ Kase
DJ Kase calls herself the Queen of Transitions. She is a DJ, audio engineer, playback engineer, producer, and musician who grew up on her parents' funk, soul, pop, folk, and gospel, then fell hard for hip hop, R&B, and neo soul. The result is sets that marry music that was never meant to blend. She got her start engineering at a local nonprofit, where she went on to teach teens and young adults to engineer, produce, and DJ, and that teaching instinct runs through everything she plays. It is why her tagline is a question: “You mind if I play something for you?”
The session · The Finale · September 13, 2026
The last Sunset Session of the summer. A hill full of people of every age, soaking up the sun together from the first record to the last light. Malcolm called it one of the greatest days of his life. “Wake up every single day and act as if it is the greatest day of your life.”
