About Sabeerah Najee b2b HAYL
Sabeerah Najee and HAYL are Long Beach through and through. They ride hard for the 562, the city by the beach, and they have held it down for years. Sabeerah is a DJ, MC, and festival producer with more than 187 events behind her, a whiz at making music accessible, and an advocate for the disabled community she is part of. Her sound spans genres and decades, rooted in West Coast culture and built so everyone in the room has a good time. HAYL plays all across Southern California, with classic hip hop and R&B at the core. At the finale they ran Afrobeats into New Orleans bounce into true West Coast hip hop, with classic Neptunes and NSYNC, of all things, dropped right in the middle. From Long Beach with love.
The session · The Finale · September 13, 2026
The last Sunset Session of the summer. A hill full of people of every age, soaking up the sun together from the first record to the last light. Malcolm called it one of the greatest days of his life. “Wake up every single day and act as if it is the greatest day of your life.”
